St. Vincent's Hill Historic Green Queen

Our Victorian Green Queen was built in 1890. In 1920 the downstairs Arts and Crafts 1,000 square foot apartment was added. Enjoy complete privacy with self-check-in, your own entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, private laundry room, full kitchen and a lovely secluded courtyard. We have restored the entire flat, which features extensive woodwork, vintage light fixtures, and antique furniture, all providing you with a rich experience of staying in a historic setting deeply rooted in the past. The space --We have a MODERATE REFUND POLICY. Meaning, you can cancel and get a 100% refund from us (Airbnb may charge a fee) up to 5 days before your arrival. --Your own dedicated Laundry --NO Parties, events or gatherings of any kind. --NO guests other than those listed on reservation. --We have two small indoor dogs that live upstairs with us. The 1,000 square foot Airbnb easily accommodates up to 4 guests. Living Room: has a comfy leather sofa, dining table and chairs, gas heater, along with original built-in cabinets (filled with games). 2 Bedrooms: Each of the bedrooms is equipped with its own 50” Smart TV/Bose Sound Bar (WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix provided) and walk in closet. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and dedicated Heater/AC. The second bedroom has a full/double bed along with an oversized leather sectional sofa providing plenty of room for everyone to relax, watch TV, and lounge together after a day’s adventures. Kitchen: The full kitchen lets you prepare meals or simply make yourself that essential, early morning cup of coffee or tea. Sparkling water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, half and half, English muffins, butter, jams and honey as well as snacks are provided. Bathroom: We provide Fresh Towels, Bathmats, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hair Dryer and plenty of Toilet Paper. Laundry Room: Comes with Washer/Dryer, Laundry Soap, Ironing Board/Iron, drying rack, and a shopping cart for visiting Vallejo’s Saturday Farmers’ Market three blocks away. Private Patio: From the kitchen, a back door leads to a courtyard sanctuary with comfortable seating and a place to dine al fresco under the shade of a mature pepper tree and string of overhead lights for magical evenings under the stars. We live in the separate upstairs apartment and are often home if you need help with anything during your stay, but our main goal is to give complete privacy. We are always available by Airbnb messenger, so feel free to contact us. Guest access You'll have your own entrance (front and back doors) with front door access to the sidewalk and street parking; meanwhile, the back door leads to your private patio. In addition to the living room/dining area and two bedrooms, there are two walk-in closets, linen closet, bathroom, laundry room, and a full kitchen. Other things to note The master bedroom has a dedicated heater/AC. There is a gas heater in the living room/dining area with a ceiling fan. A deluxe Vornado vintage air circulator fan is found in each bedroom for your comfort. Blessed with an extraordinarily good climate, we usually have refreshing afternoon breezes from the Pacific Ocean and SF Bay that sweep over Vallejo. Just open the windows (those that have screens) or open the front and back doors (which have security screen doors) to take advantage of our natural air conditioning/cross ventilation. During the winter, the ceiling fan will be set to reverse to circulate warmth from the gas heater throughout the apartment. We ask that you turn off all AC and heaters when you are not present in the apartment. Please close and lock the windows and doors.
