The space The Tower is the most ancient portion of the Historic House Le Logge di Silvignano and is registered with the Ministry of Heritage. The watchtower housed guards dating back to the early Middle Ages in the XIth Century (the year 1000). The home is divided into two adjoining but independent apartments. Each apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The Upper Tower provides a well equipped and personal apartment featuring an elevated mezzanine level matrimonial bedroom overlooking the living room and kitchen. It also includes a double-size sleeper sofa and one single bed that sit below the mezzanine level. Good for a family with kids or just a couple of people. Newly installed air conditioning and upgraded WiFi service ensure a comfortable stay. Private balcony provides al fresco dining and beautiful views of garden and unforgettable sunsets that are different every night. The pricing reflects reservation of the upper apartment of the Tower house. The interconnecting lower Tower apartment is connected through an internal stairwell, with a separate locked entrance door. That unit includes one matrimonial bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining area and kitchen. If needing both apartments, please inquire at time of booking for a quote. Guest access Guests have a private, separate entrance with full access to the extensive garden, pool, jacuzzi just a few meters away through the main entrance. The large panoramic pool is shared with the other few guests of Le Logge. One complimentary use of the jacuzzi spa. Additional time by reservation and cost paid by guest. For guests with mobility limitations, please be aware that this apartment requires stair access and may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty with stairs.
