Relax with the whole family at this beautiful home. This private home is a 2 minute drive to Sugarloaf Mtn. and features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a cozy living room. You are minutes away from hiking and biking trails & the Carrabassett River is close by as well. Come & enjoy everything we have to offer in the summer! Golf, hike, bike, swim, take a kayak or paddle board out on Flagstaff for the day. Enjoy our unique shops from Kingfield to Canada to Rangeley, Me. The space This private home is located just minutes away from Sugarloaf Mountain. You are close to all of the excitement but still have the privacy and quiet when you want it! You walk in through the downstairs into a very spacious entry way for all of your ski or hiking gear! There are also two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level. One bedroom features a lounge area with two sets of tri-bunks. There is a small kitchenette (sink, mini fridge and microwave) and is perfect for the kids! The second bedroom is off of this and has another set of bunks, a queen bed and bathroom. Upstairs you will find a very cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, full bathroom and queen bedroom. There is plenty of storage for clothing and the luggage you bring with you. There are also books and games for your family! Amenities include, Outside Firepit, Washer/Dryer, WiFi, Cable, Fireplace, and all the comforts of home! There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Make smores around the fire outside or relax on the deck while cooking burgers on the grill! Lets make this your place to go when visiting our area. There are many things to do in the winter from snowmobiling, ice skating, x-country skiing and snow shoeing. We have many great restaurants and unique shops. In the summer enjoy golf, swimming, kayaking, hiking, biking and moose watching!
