The space Comfortable house,with several sharing spaces,made several years ago, that is not modern architecture where it is intact from its design,cozy with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in 5 rooms where there is no bathroom, it is close to all the shopping centers and universities and restaurants, 5 minutes of restaurants and nightclubs, casinos etc., top area in Cerros de Gurabo,good neighborhood and if what you are looking for is safety is the best to spend a comfortable stay,we are 5 minutes from clinics and hospitals,if you buy the flight for the night please anticipate it to put a person you receive it at night Guest access The guests have a complete accommodation,with patio, and tub for 15 people,BBQ etc., they do not have to share anything with anyone,just show decency and good behavior as all the decent areas to live or spend time relaxing. We have a canopy for 3 vehicles knowing how to stick it well, they fit 2 wings and one behind if it is not big and not suitable for people in wheelchairs. We do not allow parties or activities with guests only to enjoy those who stay. Other things to note Before booking you should read the house rule of no party or events and shallow music,because the area is residential and we are close to neighbors. We offer wedding and birthday plans,baybyshower, 15 year old party in a local 7 minutes from the house where music is allowed until 12 pm and if you want any activity we schedule it in advance and we quote you the cost of what you would like to do.
