The 27 m2 accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed, an open equipped kitchen, a sleeping cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom (shower) and toilet. The residence has enclosed parking. The space 1960s residence with direct access to the promenade and beach. The 27 m2 studio, on the ground floor, also has a small terrace and a shared patio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge-small freezer, 2-burner ceramic stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 160 sofa bed, a large closet with wardrobe, a 4-seat table, a TV and a ceiling fan. No wifi. 2 bunk beds with closets are installed in the cabin. Please note, no children under 6 years of age on the top bunk. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided as well as basic food products (oil, salt, pepper, vinegar) and cleaning products. Guest access The accommodation is booked entirely for guests. The patios in front of and behind the residence are common to the residents. Possibility of having duplicate keys for stays longer than 7 nights (To be requested in advance). Other things to note No electrical or gas appliances (grill, barbecue, plancha, etc.) are allowed to operate in the residence for everyone's safety. Thank you
