The space Bright clean rooms, warm soft bedding, extra linens, brand new hotel quality towels and a kitchen equip for a chef. In addition to two private queen bedrooms, there is a third bedroom with a pullout futon. There is a 4moms, pack and play for either an infant or small child for sleeping (please ask for it in advance to your stay) The unit is all one story and safe for children. There is a private gated front patio with a huge picnic style dining table as well as a grill. The house has two beach cruisers and beach chairs/ towels/ beach bag for guest use. There is also a huge private fenced in backyard with closing gate, safe for pets. An outdoor table and umbrella for dining. The details are spot on and include: wireless phone chargers, disposable tooth brushes, hair dryer, makeup wipes, hair ties, bathroom essentials and feminine products. Guest access Upon arriving I will provide details of a unique pin to the keypad that will give you access during your stay. The pin changes with every single guest. Guest’s have two designated parking spots as well as easy access to Uber to get around anywhere you need. 5 min walk to Del Mar Racetrack and less than one mile to the beach and the famous Del Mar Dog Beach! Other things to note The third bed is a pull out futon with all sheets/ pillows/ comforters stored in chaise that lifts up. There is a 4moms pack and play as well as a bumbo (portable dinning chair) that can be requested prior to your stay.
