Cabin in Sevierville

Welcome to Smokies View! From the driveway, the views of Mount Le Conte (3rd largest peak in the Smoky National Park) will beckon you to the front of the covered, wraparound porch. You'll want to take a seat on the porch swing or hop in the hot tub, and just take in all those mountain views, BUT they are just as enchanting inside the cabin! Upon entering this true log cabin, you will be welcomed with a fresh new interior, so sit back and unwind! The space Our cabin is the perfect setting for a couples retreat, or a family vacation, comfortably accommodating 6. Living Room: electric fireplace, 50” ROKU tv (don’t forget your logins), two chairs and one sectional. Dining Room: 6 person dining table Kitchen: Fully equipped with pots, pans, baking sheets, blender, toaster, electric kettle. Coffee lover? We’ve got you covered with a Keurig, coffee machine, and French press. And, should you need a couple extra seats, our bar has two stools. Main Floor Bedroom and Bath: King sized bed, garment rack, full sized bath Upstairs Bedroom and en Suite Bath: King sized bed, 40” Roku TV, full sized en suite bath Loft: Pool table. Two built lounge areas. Board games (Qwirkle, Checkers, Chess, Guess Who, Sorry, Connect 4) Outside: wrap around, covered porch, porch swing, table with 4 benches, hot tub, park style grill (bring charcoal). Considerations Driveway: Driveway is steep, but flat up top. It can accommodate 2 vehicles. During snowfall/icy conditions, vehicles may need to be 4WD and require snow chains. Most of the time it can be accessed by all types of vehicles. This cabin shares a driveway, please be mindful not to block anyone. Hot Tub: Use at your own risk. Do not use the hot tube if you recently consumed alcohol, are pregnant, or have pre-existing health conditions. Bees, Beetles and Bears - Oh my! While we do spray and try to manage bugs and other creatures, please remember, you are in nature, and may encounter some. Utility interruptions: during inclement weather, electricity and internet may get interrupted. Park grill and fire pit: occasionally there are burn bans, you can find information through the Sevierville Fire Department. If it is dry or windy, please refrain from using. Please use metal bucket under park grill to clear grill of ashes, house cleaner will dispose of ashes. Always extinguish fires with water. Weather: We have no control over the weather and we do not provide refunds for any weather related issues including access to the cabin due to weather conditions. We truly hope you enjoy your stay at our cabin, if you need to reach out to us, we are available from 9a ET-6p ET. Guest access Guest have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the locked owner's closet. Other things to note Provisions Bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths. Washer and Dryer High Speed WiFi A starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and K-cups, assortment of tea, garbage bags to get you through your first couple days. While we are delighted to provide certain provisions, there are some that our cabin doesn't offer, or may be out of. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, bottled water, charcoal, lighter, and chopped wood for the fire pit. To allow our cleaner holiday time with family, we do not allow check in/check out on the same day during Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Thank you for understanding.
