🌿Cottages At Mossy Creek~Unique triplex~sleeps 14!

Cottages At Mossy Creek is located in Cleveland, GA at the foot of the beautiful North Georgia mountains! We have 3 charming cottages that are triplexes. This listing is just for one cottage which will sleep up to 14 people. 4-6 in each unit. Each cottage has 3 separate units with 3 separate entrances. All 3 cottages together will accommodate 40+ so bring on the reunions, retreats, corporate events and gatherings! - If you’d like to rent them all, please contact me to learn more. :) The space As far as the basic layouts of our cottages go, they consist of 3 triplexes. Each cottage (triplex) has 3 separate units with separate entrances. 2 of the units (on each side) are studio units that may either have 2 double beds or 1 king. The middle unit is a suite that has a living area with a sleeper couch, a small kitchen and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. Every unit has a beautiful bathroom with tiled showers and every unit has built in bunk beds as well. The bunks have normal size twin mattresses but may be best suited for children or small adults. The studios all have a mini fridge and every unit has a keurig coffee maker. All linens are provided along with a few extras to make your stay more comfortable. All three cottages will sleep up to 46 people including the 9 bunk beds. Remember that these rates are comparable with 9 separate hotel rooms. Check out the pics for cottage layouts. Guest access You will have full access to your cottage and the shared outdoor courtyard that includes tables, chairs and strung lights.
