Delight in the partial views of the Bay from the second floor! Enjoy the active multi-use path connecting you to the Wright Brothers monument with several easy spots to enjoy the amazing sunsets over the Bay. Launch your kayak/canoe across the street, or your boat at the boat launch up the road! Centrally located to all the attractions for the family (miniature golf, go cart racing, & movies) as well as coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, brewery, and nightlife! The beach is <1 mile away! The space Duplex 1 level unit located on 2nd floor with no interior access to first floor. To be considerate of 1st floor unit, we ask for quiet time to be from 10pm-8am if there are guests. Bedroom 1: king size bed, walk in closet, private full bathroom, with TV Bedroom 2: Queen bed, walk in closet, desk, TV Bedroom 3: 1 full bed, 1 twin bed, walk in closet and keyboard Living room: sectional with 65” TV Kitchen: full size kitchen, table top for 4, with walk in pantry. Comes equipped with instapot, toaster oven/air fryer, Keurig/coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water Laundry room with new washer & dryer. Full hallway bathroom Outdoor shower on side of house Front porch with seating for 2 and semi views of bay We have 4 beach cruiser bikes with locks available for use. Guest access 2nd floor unit, main entry is on the garage side of the house. Access the porch via steps on the fence side. Also, outdoor shower is available and shared use with 1BD unit. Other things to note *Each bed comes with a set of sheets and a duvet cover. * Please bring your own beach towels, chairs, toys, etc. some items will be provided below the steps. * Parking is shared with downstairs unit. The driveway can handle 4cars total, so 3 vehicles maximum for upstairs unit. *For consideration of the guests staying in the single unit below, we ask for quiet time to be between 10pm - 8am *No pets of any kind are allowed * Each additional guest after 6 total is $25/pp per day. *Minimum age to rent: 25yrs. * No outdoor grill is provided. You must bring your own. If you choose to use charcoal, I can provide a metal can upon request for hot ash. Not the grass!
