Convenient location for swimming, sightseeing in Kumano, and as a base for the Kumano Kodo with family and friends! A house by the sea where you can take a walk on the beach in the morning, look at the starry sky at night, and fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. The interior is a renovated old house, so the shower is a little old. Thank you for your understanding. Self-catering and long-term stays are OK ・ 3 minutes from Kumano Shinka Interchange - Direct access from the parking lot to the beach (As of June 2023, some public works are in progress) ・ About 1 hour 30 minutes by car to Ise Jingu Shrine. ・ Convenient for sightseeing in Kumano Sanzan ・ An inn along the Kumano Kodo Iseji. The space The first floor is all Kumano wood flooring The second floor is a tatami mat room [1F Kitchen] 10 tatami mats The kitchen is fully equipped with the minimum necessary appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. Seasonings change from time to time, so we recommend bringing your own. You can buy food at a store located 5 minutes away on foot (closed on Sundays) There are chairs and tables for 4 people and a Japanese desk for 6 people. [1F Living & Dining] 6 tatami mats 2 rooms There are cushions and a large desk. If there are 6 or more people, this room will be used as a bedroom. Toilets & bathrooms There is a bathtub in the shower room, but it is a slightly old-fashioned tiled bathtub. The toilet has been renovated and has a simple faucet with a washlet. Please be careful not to flush a lot of paper at once, as the water flow is weak and it can cause a paper jam. [2F Bedroom] 12 tatami mats It is a spacious room with tatami mats. This is the bedroom for up to 6 people. [2F Veranda] You can see the ocean from the veranda on the 2nd floor. You can also dry your laundry here. [1st floor sun room] You can enter and exit the building from here. There is also an outdoor sink and washing machine. Other items Guests can use the parking lot for free before or after check-in.
