LCBO, Foodland in Town. The space Inside enjoy this two story recently renovated open concept modern and comfortable space. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave full-size fridge, stove and coffee station overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay. On the second floor there is kitchen, living room , 2 full-size bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room, game room and two full-size bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an upper and lower deck overlooking the bay a fire pit as well a deck on the water for outdoor dining and a 30 ft dock. We are located in a quiet residential cottage neighborhood Please no loud music or parties Guest access You will have the whole cottage to enjoy. Other things to note Rules to agree upon once renting the cottage: 1. It is a family cottage so no smoking inside the cottage if you choose to smoke please do not leave the butts on the ground. 2. There is a fire pit in the backyard for the guests to use, however you must bring your own firewood. Please put out the fire at the end of each night. 3. If the outside patio furniture or chairs are moved throughout the day please put them where they belong at the end of the day this is to ensure that nothing is blown into the water due to current or changes in active weather, also please put the cushions in the bins that are provided on the decks. 4. No pets are allowed on the property however exceptions can be made for service dogs 5. Garage, shed, and the closet in the upper bedroom marked private are not available for use. 6. The hot water is on demand it may take a few extra seconds to warm up. 7. Please put out your garbage and recycling in the bins that are provided by the garage. ( Garbage day is Tuesday, please put bin by road, schedule on fridge, Thank-you) 8. Do not leave paddle boat or kayaks in water overnight as they may fill with water, or break away with heavy winds
