Rental unit in Esposende

Charming apartment in a pedestrian street in the historic center of the small town of Esposende. Located 200 m from the river and the municipal swimming pool as well as 2 km from the beautiful beach of Esposende Lighthouse. The space Its central position gives you quick access to various restaurants, shops, walks, bakeries, shops, etc. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a living room with an extra sofa bed (140x170cm) and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The following information will be requested to establish an invoice and to be in good standing with the Portuguese state: address, guest ID number, NIF. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ In case of heavy rains, water seeps slightly under two windows of the living room (see photo of the living room). We therefore ask guests to place towels under these windows to prevent water from flowing onto the parquet floor. Towels are to be changed if there is heavy rain and they are obviously provided by us. While waiting for the repair work and to compensate for this inconvenience, we have revised our prices downwards. Apart from this minor detail, the accommodation will still be just as comfortable for you, in winter and in summer, and we look forward to hosting you!
