Dream villa with panoramic view and pool

Enjoy a memorable stay in this unique place with panoramic views and an infinity pool. The space Architect-designed villa built by a renowned architect on the heights of Marseille with panoramic views of the garrigue and the city of about 300 m2 and an infinity pool. A timeless place in the heart of the Parc de l'Étoile Natural Domain, offering a view of the surrounding scrubland as well as the city of Marseille. It's been 3 years since I fell in love with this incredible place that's quiet but not isolated from the city center. As an interior designer, I chose a chic and elegant southern decor, in collaboration with Philippe Xerri, another designer. The main level is composed of: - a large living room (120 m2) consisting of a living room with fireplace and library - a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island in white Carrara marble. This room opens onto large bay windows overlooking the terraces and the pool. - a monumental stone staircase lit, serving the 1st floor. On the 1st floor: - a master suite and its bathroom - 2 other bedrooms with a bathroom with panoramic views. The ground floor is structured around: - a second living room, - a wine cellar, - a laundry room, - a fourth bedroom and its shower room, - a gym, - a very large cellar, - a 4-car parking lot. Exterior: - infinity mirror pool - terraces - gardens with Mediterranean species. Easy access. 15 minutes from the old port and Saint Charles train station and 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 30 minutes from Marseille Mariganne airport. Parking for 3 cars inside the villa. Guest access Our concierge Benjamin will be available throughout the stay for our guests. Guests have access to the entire house except the wine cellar.
