The wall is shared with the main house so there is potential for noise. We ask for quiet hours after 10:00pm. There is one combined door but it is locked from both sides and cannot be accessed. Free washer and dryer available in the garage from 4:00pm to 11:00pm. It is reserved for the cleaners to use from 11:00am-4:00pm. Please be sure to have any items removed before 11:00am. One parking space in garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is allowed. Other things to note There is one parking space in the garage as well as one in the driveway available for your use. Any additional parking is street parking. There is one combined door with the main house but it is locked from both sides and cannot be accessed.
