In the heart of the Landes, in a quiet and wooded residential park, close to bike paths to get to Cap de l'Homy beach. 10-minute drive to Contis Beach. 10 minutes' walk, 5 minutes' bike ride, to the village center: market every morning, bakery, butcher-caterer, greengrocer, restaurants, pharmacy. 5 minutes' drive to the supermarket Free parking nearby, you can walk around the residential park, children can move around safely. The space The cottage consists of: - a bright and comfortable living room - an equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce&Gusto coffee maker. - a bedroom with new 160 cm bedding - a 2nd bedroom with new bedding 2 x 90 cm - a shower room with large walk-in shower and washing machine - separate WC - a large 20 m2 terrace with awning - a 2nd terrace facing east Other things to note The cottage is non-smoking. No pets allowed. 4 people max. Parties and events are prohibited out of respect for the neighbors. If you plan to rent bikes, we strongly recommend that you book them before you come to make sure you get them. You'll find the contact details of a rental company in the photos. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we ask for a deposit cheque of 100 euro (or cash) upon arrival, which we will return if the cottage is returned in the clean condition in which it was assigned upon arrival.
