Private Condo Minutes from Lake and Lift

Welcome to Burnside Retreat! Unwind with friends & family after a fun filled day of Tahoe adventure. Whether it be chasing powder on the slopes or enjoying a day in the serene water of Lake Tahoe, Burnside Retreat welcomes its guests a place to gather in comfort and convenience. Located just walking distance from Stagecoach Lift at Heavenly, 10 minutes from Heavenly Village, and right along the Tahoe Rim Trail. Please note there are 16 stairs outside and inside stairs for loft access. The space This well equipped condo is situated at the base of Stagecoach on Heavenly resort. There is a loft with a full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms, kitchen, and living room area. Each bedroom has one queen size posturpedic mattress as well as a sleep sound machine and alarm clock. For entertainment we have an Amazon fire stick as well as a smart TV complete with a suite of apps, card games, and puzzles. May be able to accommodate more, message us for details. Located on 2nd level with 16 stairs outside to access the condo. Guest access There are two private bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs. In the loft is another full bathroom. The kitchen is available for guest use as well as the living room. There is a washer/dryer for guests to use in one of the downstairs bedrooms with detergent available. There is a private, secure ski locker for equipment as well as a bench for storage. For parking, there are 2 spots available for each guest. From the condo the stagecoach lift can be accessed by walking less than 10 mins. There is also a shuttle service for your convenience. Other things to note Please be aware of wildlife in this area. To dispose of trash please use established bear dumpsters - do not leave trash outside or food in your vehicles. This is a mountain/ski area, please be prepared for winter driving conditions often requiring 4WD with mud/snow tires and/or chains. Please plan accordingly.
