Cozy 1-BR guest house w/free parking on premises

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally, located place. Literally, a 1-4 minute walk to Mercy Hospital(formerly Southeast Hospital), less than 1 mile to Southeast University Campus, along with downtown(river). A street over is Broadway with many restaurants. Walmart Market and Dollar General are also conveniently located nearby. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooking utensils, clean towels, pots and pans for those who prefer eating in. Please no animals and no smoking in the apartment. The space This property is a newly remodeled two room efficiency apartment. It is very cozy, clean and nicely decorated. It can sleep 2 adults (full size bed). It has wifi (the wifi information is provided here ones you have booked and or on the wall near the refrigerator). The tv has our local (regular) channels under the Spectrum app and under the Roku app, live tv offers more unfamiliar channels. The apartment is located in the back of my home off the garage. Parking is through the alley in the parking space closest to the garage, but not off the garage. Please no animals and no smoking in the apartment. Thank you Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note The door has a coded key holder with the key inside. At the end of your stay you can leave the key on the table with stools.
