Welcome to Indigo Hills Eco-Resort Modern, off-grid, eco-friendly cabins situated on the beautiful Bras d' Or Lakes! Just steps away from the beach, with unobstructed views of the lake from inside each cabin. Incredible sunrise, sunsets, and stargazing. Don't forget your swimsuit and watershoes! outdoor games, SUP boards, kayaks, and campfires on the beach. Each cabin features an open concept design, including a fully stocked kitchen, sleeping area, and bathroom The space SLEEPING AREA: the cabin features 1 comfortable Queen sized bed in an open concept design. Four pillows, bed linens and duvet. KITCHEN: Butcher block countertop, black corence granite sink, 2 burner propane cooktop, sink, and mini-fridge. This cabin features sage green cabinets with gold details. Stovetop kettle, and french press or pour-over coffee makers in each cabin. Our cabinets are stocked with all pots and pans, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Olive oil, salt, pepper, and basic spices are provided. There is also an outdoor BBQ on each front deck for our guests to use. Small dining table with two chairs. BATHROOM: cabin features a full, 3-piece modern bathroom with a large tiled stand up shower and gold fixtures. Towels are provided. Help us with our commitment to being environmentally friendly by using the provided hooks to hang up your towels to dry between uses. BEACH: You will enjoy being just steps away from the shore of beautiful Bras d'Or Lake as well as stunning views from inside your cabin. Kayaks, SUP boards, and a windsurfer available. This is a saltwater lake, and is beautiful for swimming during the hotter months! There's nothing else like a sunset paddle on the lake followed by a swim to feel cooled and refreshed before bedtime. Water shoes are recommended. Children's beach toy library, designated fire pit and firewood. Guest access Guests have access to their own cabin, patio area, BBQ and chairs. Guests also have full access to the beach. Please be mindful of other guests and keep the grounds clean. Other things to note We are an off-grid accomodation with a commitment to being sustainable and environmentally friendly on the protected Bras d' Or Lake Biosphere Reserve. Cabins use solar power, a gravity fed well, and propane. Please turn off lights when not needed to conserve power for yourself and other guests and be mindful of your water use.
