Beautiful dream villa, located in the heart of Cocotal Golf Course, the perfect Punta Cana getaway for groups or families. It has 5 bedrooms. The villa 5 minutes driving to the beach, restaurants and dining, nightlife, family-friendly activities, supermarket; the gated community is right in front of Katmandu Adventure Theme Park! Guest access The house offers all the comforts of being at home. TVs are in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, air conditioning in each bedroom, also mosquito nets if you prefer to enjoy the fresh air. In-suite bathrooms for 3 of the bedrooms, the 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom, plus there is a small guest toilet in the living room, large walking closets in the bedrooms, large private backyard with golf and pool view, private pool (jacuzzi does not make bubbles), gazebo, inside and outside dining area as well as indoors and outdoors kitchen. Guests would have access to the entire house. Wifi and TV cable included as well as maid's services. Other things to note Me and my colleague Ilian are the property managers of the villa. We live in Punta Cana since 1995 and we know the area perfectly well. We can help you with any questions and assist you to make your stay even more comfortable. One of us will be at the villa when you arrive to welcome you and to walk you through the house.
