In 3 to 5 minutes by car you can easily reach the airport, Plaza La Isla, Chedraui Selecto, Fórum Mundo Imperial, Oxxo, taquerías, pharmacies and more. It has a private Jacuzzi inside the PH, an exclusive pool for the cluster, access to the beach club, a clubhouse with a gym, a games room, tennis courts, paddle tennis, and basketball. The space The apartment has two floors distributed as follows: GROUND FLOOR: - 1 master bedroom with walk-in closet, full bathroom and terrace - 1 bedroom with full bathroom inside - 1 bedroom with full bathroom outside -Fully equipped kitchen - A living room with a Smart TV - A dining room. - Large terrace (at the moment we need furniture on this terrace, everything else is well equipped) UPPER FLOOR / ROOF GARDEN: - Private Hot Tub - Half bathroom - Barbecue area with utensils - Dining room and lounge chairs for sunbathing and resting - A laundry room with cleaning supplies All bedrooms have their own air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Guest access We have 2 free parking spaces inside the residential complex. You can enjoy the exclusive pool of the cluster where the PH is located. It has a children's pool, sunbeds with umbrellas, and a common area with tables and chairs. Inside the residential complex, you have access to the Club House where you can use the gym, courts (tennis, paddle and basketball), games room, and children's games outside. You have direct access to the Beach Club, located across the street right in front of the residential complex (3-5 min walk) Other things to note The residential complex has 24-hour surveillance. The Beach Club has a restaurant and a Spa lounge with affordable prices. It's open every day except Tuesdays. Housekeeping during your stay is optional at an additional cost of $600 per day.
