Welcome to the Sheridan House. This cozy 2-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood. It sets on a corner lot with a large back yard and a parkway across the street. Spend relaxing evenings on the patio, grilling your dinner. Or challenge your partner to a game of ping pong in the basement rec room. Centrally located, you can spend your days exploring attractions in Saint Louis, Mo, Alton and Edwardsville, IL. Just minutes from World Wide Technology Raceway, Busch Stadium, & the Arch. The space The Sheridan House contains a large, well-stocked kitchen, including dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Basic cooking items like salt and pepper, and cooking oil are on hand. Appliances are stainless steel and include a dish washer, gas range, microwave and refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. A propane gas grill, available spring through fall, is located on the back patio, just off the kitchen. There are ceiling fans throughout the home for added comfort. The bathroom contains a full tub and shower unit. Roku televisions are included in the living room and both bedrooms. Bedrooms also include alarm clocks and lamps that have USB ports to charge cell phones. Each have cedar lined closets, with hangers. There is room in the bottom of the closets to store luggage. Luggage racks are located in each bedroom. The basement recreation room includes a ping pong table, foosball table and electronic soft tip dart board. It also has tables and chairs and a futon for additional sleeping area. Also in the basement, the laundry room includes a washer and dryer, laundry basket, Iron, ironing board and tables for folding laundry. Some laundry supplies are available. Cleaning supplies are on hand including disinfectant wipes, disinfectant spray, dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods, Swiffer wet/dry mop, broom and dustpan. Home will only be stocked for the number of guests indicated on the reservation. Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and yard. Other things to note For additional sleeping space, a futon is located in the recreation room. Please specify if you will be using it for sleeping arrangements during your stay, so linens will be supplied.
