Relax in the cozy living room and stream your favorites on the 65" Smart TV with complimentary cable channels. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining area. For those mixing work and play, a designated workstation is ready for you. → Master Bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed, a 40" Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious shower. → Second Bedroom: Offers a Queen bed and a 40" Smart TV. → Mickey & Minnie Themed Bedroom: A dream for kids! As our guest, you are also welcome to enjoy the resort amenities within the secure, gated complex. The clubhouse, fitness gym, community swimming pool, and BBQ facilities are available for your use during operating hours. Resort Amenity Hours: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Other things to note Ground Floor Unit: Our apartment is conveniently located on the main floor. As with any multi-level building, you may occasionally hear sounds from the upstairs neighbors. The community observes quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Pool Safety: There are no lifeguards on duty at the community pool. Please use the pool at your own risk. Check-in/Check-out: Should you request an early check-in or late check-out, a fee of $25 will apply for every three-hour interval (or any portion thereof), subject to availability.
