4 bedrooms and 5 beds invite you to stay in the quiet edge of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee City. With our 3 bathrooms you will not disturb one another at morning toilets. Our big kitchen and spacious bay window offer enough space for cooking, eating an relaxing. The living room with giant couch and HD-SAT-Smart TV offer much space for playing and entertainment. For active vacationers, there are a lot of nearer destinations for hiking, cycling otr climbing. The space Our house is suitable either for families, families with little children, or for groups of friends. For children we offer toys (1-3 yr.) and a big garden with abig sandbox or hamet. For your vacation in groups, our bedrooms give you much privacy because of own bathrooms. The surrounded area is suitable for summer vacation, but also in winter you can have a great vacation here. In summer, Wörthersee (lake) gives you a chance for sunbathing or bathing, but in winter you have the mountains near for skiing, snowboarding or hiking. Kitchen, bay windows and living room are the new core of our house. Here you have enough space for a big get-together with friends and family. The kitchen is fitted with an oven with big induction hob and extractor hood, kitchen sink, dishwasher, micro wave and a fridge and freeze combination. The equipment includes pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine (filter), egg cooker. Please note: there won't be any food to find because of hygienic reasons. Please take all you food with you when you check out. Our bay window is directly near the kitchen and offers space for 8 persons. A children chair is also available - please feel free to ask us about. The living room offers a big couch with two tables and a HD-SAT-TV. It is online and can be used as smart TV. The bedroom in ground floor has a 180x200 kingsize bed, night tables with lights, a big cabinet for your clothes and a beautiful garden view. Next to it, you'll find the children room, which has a bunk bed in it. It is 140x200/90x200 and offers space for 3 children or 2 adults. There is one (new) bathroom for the two rooms with an underfloor heating, bathtub, open shower and furniture. On the first floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The smaller one on the right side offers a kingsize bed (180x200), night tables with lights, cabinet for clothes and a couch lounge with SAT TV, which is called "banana lounge". The bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtube and furniture. The other bedroom is the bigger one, which offers also a kingsize bed, a couch which can be built up into a second bed for two more people. You'll also find another SAT TV here and a working space with table, monitor, keyboard and mouse. This room has also its own bathroom with shower, furniture and a baby changing table The wardrobe in ground floor is big enough for all your shoes and coats and also there is smaller wardrobe for your little guests. Next to the wardrobe you'll find a small WC for guests. The garden is very big with its 500m² ground for playing, doing sports and relaxing. The garden offers a sanbox and a hamet for the little ones. Furthermore there is a big terrace (two terraces) with a table and chairs and a big BBQ. Guest access Ground floor, first floor, garden and entrance is available for your vacation. Basement, garden shed and garage are not included. Please do not enter! Other things to note We give discount for 7 nights about 20%. Taxes are included in pricing. WIFI is available in the whole house and for free. Parking is possible in entrance for free. There is enough space fo 3-4 cars. Bedding and towles are for free, extra bedding or towels are available for a little surcharge.
