Carmen's house, a gem in Varallo

Carmen's house is located in the old town of Varallo, an hidden gem located in Valsesia, an offbeat valley in the Italian Alps. This gorgeous historical town is rich of art (Sacro Monte Unesco World Heritage and Pinacoteca), surrounded by spectacular unspoiled landscapes and able to offer a genuine experience of a relaxed way of life and activities (hiking, rafting, skiing and fishing). The space Carmen’s house (an elegant and cultured lady, who created and lived in the apartment years ago) it is simply our house. It is not just a rented flat, but a place able to speak about the past and the present of our family. The 120 square meters apartment is located on the third floor of a renovated XVII century building (elevator available). It can accommodate up to 3 persons, with 1 comfortable double bed and one sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a stunning view over Sacro Monte. Other things to note We remind you that the town of Varallo charges 1 euro per person/night (children up to 10 yrs old are exempted) as tourist tax.
