ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS No more than 6 people allowed. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the 14+ acres this old paint booth sits on with tons of wildlife and plenty of trees. After a nice day on the golf course, a tiring day at 17 Springs Sports Complex, a fun day at the lake or a long day at Maxwell AFB this is the perfect type of scenery that you need to unwind and relax! The space The kitchen is open to the living room where you can enjoy indoor/outdoor living when the garage is open. Perfect for a good time with friends or family playing shuffle board, cards or corn hole on the patio. There is a Murphy bed located in the living room with a full size bed. The sectional has a pullout queen bed. The bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of storage for clothes. The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower. No smoking and no pets. Other things to note We do have air fresheners inside the unit, if you would like them removed before your stay please notify me ahead of time. I wash everything with Tide Laundry Detergent, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer and Downy Scent Beads.
