Peaceful mornings and fun-filled afternoons await you at this unique experience, ideal to work from home and enjoy the weather and the beach with friends and family! Fast internet, full kitchen, Netflix on big TV, new large sofa, cofee, tea and beach towels! The space KITCHEN fully equipped with recently purchased equipment (toaster, juicer, blender, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, cutlery, dishes, washing machine, etc.) The LIVING ROOM is super spacious and bright, with a extra large sofa that becomes a bed (there are some blankets very useful in winter), a very large TV, a dining table with a very large window where light comes in as you can enjoy the views and fresh air while having your meal. All the ROOMS counts with air-conditioning, beach towels, and a window facing the outside with quiet and peaceful views of the mountains and with a double bed and a giant one to rest even better (The fastest will be the lucky one) :P The BATHROOM has everything you need to enjoy your stay in the apartment. Guest access From the airport ------------------------------------ - By BUS (19 min, 7 stops): Take the stop called 'Paseo del Parque' to 'La Hoz (Mercado de Huelin)' and walk 6 minutes to Plaza Murillo Carrera 4. - By UBER (15-20min, €15-16) From Maria Zambrano train station -------------------------------------------------- - ON FOOT (12 min): - By UBER (5 min, €5) Other things to note When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. In any case, I will visit you in the flat once you have checked in. - Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 19:00h. - Check-in after 19:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. - Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. - After 23:00h there will be a charge of 50€ on request. Due to the rules of the flat, late check-in is not accepted. Please note that last minute bookings may be subject to a late check-in of up to 2 hours (18:00). We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. Check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Other things to note: Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Under sanction of the competent authorities. Beds and towels are made up for the number of persons indicated in the booking. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the booking. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Once the booking has been confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests over 16 years of age. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE NATIONAL POLICE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of the items and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
