Exclusive Farm Resort and Sports Lounge for 25 Pax

Casa Cora Farm Resort is an exclusive, child-friendly Vacation House where up to 25 of your guests can dine, play and stay. It's great for team building, reunions, or simple get-togethers with your families and friends. It may have a rural setting but it's just 2 km away from the Danao city hall. Almost everything's there- kitchen, mini-pool, billiards, volleyball, badminton, basketball, playground, table tennis, darts, card games, and karaoke. Just have fun and create wonderful memories! The space When you're inside the facility, everything is exclusively yours. The main house can accommodate up to 17 guests. It's a 2-story house with 2 pull-out beds on the ground floor (1 Queen size and 1 Full Size) and a king-size bed on the 2nd floor. It also has 2 Full-size mattresses that could be used for 2 or for 4 persons. The terrace could also have a unique view of the surrounding farm. We deployed a couple of guitars for the music lovers. They may not be the Yamahas and the Gibsons but they can do the job when everyone's having fun outside the Karaoke. You'll find our Billiard and Pingpong tables, darts, 55-inch TV for karaoke, Chess, Bingo, Uno, and card games at the Sports lounge which is just a few steps away from the main house. To give you a much better access to the sports facilities, we built an airconditioned Barkada room which has 2 Queen-size pull-out beds that can accommodate up to 8 persons with a separate shower, and a comfort room at the Sports lounge. The mini-pool is above the ground. But instead of putting in a ladder which is somehow inconvenient for kids (and for parents as well), we built a structure around it, surrounded by a protective steel fence as an added safety feature. The good thing is you never have to worry about your kids frolicking at the pool when you're singing, playing volleyball, basketball, ping-pong, billiards or badminton as it's just about 3 ft deep and a few meters away from you wherever you are at the facility. They will also definitely enjoy their moments at the children's playground powered by Little Tykes (mini-slide, swing, etc.) just right below the pool area. You can cook and grill at our mini-kitchen attached to the Sports Lounge and serve your dinner on our patio where the glossy wooden tables can accommodate up to 16 persons. We've also added a plastic dining set good for 8 just before the grill area so 24-25 of you can dine together under a string of warm lights. Extra folding tables and chairs can be found at the back of the grill area if you're really a big group. The space is also ideal for outdoor activities provided the weather is highly cooperating. Otherwise, it'll be a bit messy especially when it rains really hard (it gets a little flooded but subsides fast). But if you're as fun-loving and as creative as a child, you can play outdoors under the rain bringing in the laughter and cheerfulness of a child with you. We have outdoor showers anyway. When the weather's good though, you can gather your friends at the well-lighted volleyball and basketball half-court to play volleyball, basketball or badminton. You can even bring back the fun of your childhood days with "patintero", "bato-lata", or "Chinese garter". It's probably a great way to show your kids how fun was done when the internet was a futuristic thing back then. You may sing along using our Shure wireless mic even from a distance (we may ask you though to tone down the mic volume a little bit by 11PM) or simply strum a guitar or two with a few modern or novelty songs. That kind of fun, especially if you have someone who could really play, is indeed priceless. Have fun and stay safe! Guest access Everything in the space is yours. As described above, you own the facility during your stay. So you have full access everywhere. Other things to note The entry to the facility is a bit challenging for now as the basketball court is under construction. For now, you may pass by our family's property to reach the site. When inside, you'll have ample parking spaces. Just a caution. Since we are in a farm setting, there are times in a day when foul smell from neighboring piggeries would dominate the air for a few minutes. You can either go inside your room or simply ignore it until it passes. It will.
