Just south of Yosemite National Park, nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills, lies the Yosemite Oasis. With a large comfortable home and a luxurious pool and cabana area that is a destination of its own, guests of all ages will be captivated with this piece of paradise. A quiet foothill neighborhood, please note the noise ordinance and respect quiet hours of 10:00 pm-7:00 am. The space The Yosemite Oasis offers over 3,000 square feet of indoor space with five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an open-concept living room, elegant and spacious kitchen, and sizable game room. Plenty of space for up to 18 guests. An entertainer’s dream, this private resort is ideal for multi-family retreats and group celebrations. In addition to the warm and comfortable home, the outdoor living space is spectacular, featuring an 1100 square foot open-air cabana with a fully-equipped kitchen (grill, griddle, sink, mini fridge, drink cooler, ice maker), spacious lounge area, and a projector and sound system. From the cabana, step out to the luxurious pool area, the pièce de résistance of the property. This spectacular, park-like oasis features a 60x30 foot pool, grotto, built-in water slide, waterfalls, and a hot tub. The hot tub is available year-round. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED, and ideal in the warmer months. The outdoor space also offers an expansive play area for younger ones, including a two-story play house with slide and swing, and a full-size trampoline. Beyond the property, enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding foothills and majestic oaks. Unwind, relax, and experience an unforgettable getaway at this private paradise with family or friends. All adults are required to sign a lease agreement/release of liability to access the property. You can view a sample of this contract in the photos of the listing. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason Guest access The entire property included in your vacation rental with a few exceptions. The zip-line, treehouse, cabana fireplace, and a locked owner's pantry are unavailable to our guests. Other things to note Unfortunately pets are not allowed. As per the owner's request, there is no coffee maker provided, but guests are welcome to provide their own, or visit Zander's coffee less than 5 minutes away. Important Note About Power Outages For your safety, utility companies may occasionally shut off power in mountain areas during high fire-risk conditions. While this is a precaution to help prevent wildfires, we understand it can be an inconvenience. To ensure your comfort during these times, we provide battery-powered lanterns and phone chargers for your use. Please note that as these outages are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds related to power shut-offs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are happy to ship any items left behind. Guest is responsible for shipping fees and $25 to pay the cleaner for the extra service. We don’t recommend guests shipping anything to the house. Mountain mail is extremely unreliable.
