The breathtaking property consists of three buildings on approximately 127 acres of woods complete with walking trails across the street from and overlooking Budd Lake. The space The largest building, the Carriage House, includes 6 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, a living area with a fireplace, full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and various board games and activities. Most floors are carpeted in this house. There are four bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed, tv, jacuzzi tub, mini fridge/wet bar, and private bathroom in each. Downstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and jacuzzi tub, and one with a queen bed and regular tub, both with mini fridge/wet bar and private bathroom. The game room is also downstairs with its own bathroom. The huge kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals, luncheons, banquets, etc. There is a half bath off the main living area and a bathroom in the laundry area off the kitchen. There are glass French doors in the main living area that open onto a patio covered by a romantic trellis. There is also a large rooftop deck at the top of the stairs to the second floor. The Lake House is the next largest building between the Carriage House and Budd Lake (across the street from the Inn). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area with large windows overlooking the lake. The living area and bedrooms have real wood floors. There is a working fireplace in the living area and another large deck off the front where you can sit and enjoy the lake view. There is one downstairs bedroom, the Fireplace Suite, with a king bed and separate bath in the hallway. As the name implies, there is a working fireplace, along with a tv and a wet bar in the room. The Fireplace Suite and hall bath can be locked off from the rest of the house for privacy when travelling with a group. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. The largest room has two queen beds, a tv, and views of the lake. Another smaller room includes a full bed. The third building, the Owner’s Suite, is a smaller house tucked in quietly behind the Carriage House. The quaint house has a small full kitchen with laundry facilities, bathroom, living area and bedroom downstairs with new vinyl flooring throughout. There is an upstairs carpeted loft with 2 twin beds, a game table, couch and tv. The small bedroom has a queen bed. Guest access Guests that rent the entire property will have private access to the entire property. No public areas or areas shared with owners. There are a shed and a couple storage areas that are used to store owner equipment that guests will not have access to. Other things to note We are very flexible with the property usage and number of guests as long as it is clearly communicated in advance and the property is not damaged. Hosting events, RV parking, tent camping, etc, is all perfectly fine, again as long as the property is respected.
