Historic 3 bedroom minutes from downtown & Purdue

This Historic (1903) home is in the Historic Highland Park neighborhood in Lafayette. Spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sunroom has a pool table and a nice private backyard. There is two cats that live in the house but they will be put away during the stay. This is our primary residence so personal items are contained in the home. Within walking distance is a brewery with fantastic food and beer. We are the home of the boilermakers as campus is only 3 mins away! Come see LAFAYETTE! The space 3 bedroom home. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. bed room 3 has a full bed. There is a large sectional in the living room that could easily sleep three and seat 6 along with extra seating options in the living room and sun room.there is also room to place air mattresses if needed. We have accommodations for children as well i.e toys , books, play pen times two, diapers, formula, baby food etc. our home offers SOME food options so any food or drinks you see are there for you! We have street parking in front. We typically have the Purdue flag flying out front. We are directly across the street from a huge pink and purple house, in a dark green home. If you dnt see the purdue flag then we will have our rainbow flag up. Access is via sunroom door , left of the front door with your personal access code. Any locked doors you find means no access but that is only our closets, basement, and garage. The entire rest of the house is your to roam. Trash cans are outback by the garage, one black, one blue your responsible for taking your own trash out and stripping the beds. Play pool in the sunroom or sit out back on the patio furniture make yourself a fire and some smores! We offer a limited bar. Alcohol has to be bought by you. Quiet hours are before 6 and after 10. We offer limited toothbrushes, toothpaste, Shampoo, hand wash, bodywash, lotion, towels, a blow dryer, extra blankets, face towels, TP, food sides and seasonings, upstairs portable ice machine, pots and pans, coffee,tea, limited bfast options, desktop monitor, dart board, cards, tvs ( free access to netflix, disney plus, stars, prime video anything else that is logged in ) however your responsible for anything bought.dvds,dvd player, ac, heat, fans, washer, dryer , small pools for kids, adult pool, beach towels, laundry detergent , dryer sheets, paper towels, dish towels,dishwasher, dish detergent, fridge, mini fridge, kegorator ( you have to supply keg), maps to the city, 10ft spinning pole for dancing and a homey environment for all ages whether you wanna walk to get a beer or a book from the local library or lay the lazy river at tropicanoe cove where they have one of the biggest death drop water slides and its just a 10 min scooter ride! Feel right at home. We will do anything to make sure your stay with us is homey! Treat our home with respect. If you break it, buy it. If you dirty it , clean it. Guest access You are able to access the entire house other than the locked cabinets and closets throughout the house. Our basement and garage are also locked and off limits.
