Bookings accepted for any size film or photography production, or outdoor gatherings less than 80 people. Minimum 6 hour rental. 1-2 interior bathrooms included. On the inside this tranquil location you'll walk into french doors to find a open concept kitchen showcasing a perimeter layout with contemporary style cabinetry, luxury stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and a breakfast bar. All rentals include use of a huge backyard lounging deck, a working fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and two upstairs flex room perfect for wardrobe, hair, makeup, or PO office etc.. Group outdoor events up to 80 people and no indoor events up to are allowed. Rates will change for late-night productions or continuing past 11 pm. . Currently the property is available for outside and LIMITED inside use. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS. + 35 minute drive to airport + 5 minute drive to grocery store + 3 car garage + Large driveway. Other things to note After 11 pm all DJs , live bands, and/or large sound systems will not be permitted outdoors due to the county's current noise ordinance. However, small speakers playing music at a respectable volume outside after 11 pm are permitted. Additional portable restrooms required for groups over 45.
