Entire flat close to city centre

I'm frequently away for work or visiting my overseas partner so I'm renting out my home while I'm away. It's a short walk from the University, Southampton Common and the city centre, as well as being on several main bus routes. There's a common garden you can sit out in to enjoy my roses, and a study with a sofa bed that you can use if you want.
