Small friendly house renovated by us, in the form of a studio located on the grounds of our own house. - The accommodation is located 1 hour 15 minutes from Deauville or Le Havre, 1 hour from Rouen or Honfleur, close to Évreux, a perfect base from which to visit Normandy or rest in the countryside. We are also 1 hour and 30 minutes from a Parisian getaway. - 4 km separates us from the greenway (Évreux/Bec-hellouin) - cleaning included Other things to note - 140 cm bed and 220 x 200 duvet - sofa bed in the living room (about 130 x 195 cm) - Optional linens and towels €10/pers - Baby equipment available upon request - pets can be accommodated under certain conditions, do not hesitate to talk to me about it. 1 supplement of 5 euros per night will be requested. - We have included normal heating in the price of the night, in case of overconsumption we will ask you to pay the difference.
