This south-east, 86 m2, equipped and cozy apartment is located in Rincón de la Victoria, Málaga. It is the ideal place to enjoy your holidays with your family or group of friends. It is very well located, in front of the beach and close to the places of interest in the area. It is also about 30 minutes by bus and 20 minutes by car from Malaga. With capacity for up to 4 people, here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city. The space In a building with an elevator. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: * A lounge area with sofa and television * A dining area with a dining table and a work desk * The independent and equipped kitchen The sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 * 1 bedroom with two single beds of 90x190 * A full bathroom with shower The apartment is the ideal place to enjoy the beach with your family or with a group of friends. Its location is unbeatable, on the beachfront and close to places of interest in the area such as: -Cuevas del Tesoro (the only cave of marine origin that can be visited in Europe) - The Casa Fuerte Bezmiliana, an 18th century fortress where art galleries are made - El Cantal, a cliff located next to the sea that is part of the Great Path of Malaga - The Sanctuary of the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of sailors. Also, if you want to visit Malaga, it is about 20 minutes by car and about 30 minutes by bus. It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bedding and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house does not have air conditioning but you will have ceiling fans available in each room. The controls are located in their brackets on the wall. The house does not have general heating but will have electric heatings availables in the coldest times of the year. The hot water works through a 75 liter electric water heater: it is important to know why it can run out and then you have to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you come by car, you can park on the street for free, but it can be difficult to find a spot. The travel cot is always in the house, stored in the closet of the second bedroom. You have to bring your own sheets. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 21:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
