Duplex apartment with private terrace

The apartment is nice and bright; it is located on the first floor of a small condominium, with a private terrace. On the ground floor, there is a living room (with a sofa bed that converts into a 160-cm (5' 3") bed) and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is a large spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, facing south. Then another baby room, with a wooden crib, a changing table, and an armchair. In this same bedroom is our bathroom, which is closed off by a curtain. The space The apartment is our living space, everything is available, thank you for being kind and respectful. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. We do not have a cleaning fee, please clean when you leave. Guest access To park, there are easily free spaces along the street.
