Furnished cottage in MONTESQUIEU 82200, about 60 m2, ground floor 30 m2 with living room, kitchen and bathroom and upstairs a 30 m2 attic bedroom with 2 Velux windows, two 15 m2 terraces, one to the north with an electrically retractable canvas pergola and one to the south with a fixed awning to enjoy the sun or shade depending on the time of day. The space - sleeping arrangements: 1 sofa convertible to 140 in the living room, bedroom 1 bed 180 or 2 beds 90 (to be defined when booking) + a crib. - kitchen: classic coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, gas stove, fridge freezer, washing machine, table with 4 chairs, full dishes, iron and ironing board. - living room: sofa, TV, WiFi, armchair and coffee table. - bathroom: sink, walk-in shower and toilet. - 2 terraces: one with garden furniture and retractable canvas pergola and the other under an awning with a round table and 4 chairs. Guest access Water and gas are included in the daily package. Electricity is charged at 30 cents/KW, with an approved meter. Linens ( sheets, duvet, bath towel, pool sheets,tea towels) are provided. Linens are returned dirty and are cleaned by the owner. If you don't want to do the cleaning when you check out, we will ask you to pay us €50. Other things to note - garden, boules court (boules provided), trampoline and pool shared with the owners. - 3 free loan bikes: man, woman and child. - mini farm with about twenty chickens, 3 geese and 3 sheep. - closed parking with motorized gate. - Family vacation rental, please no reservations for technicians traveling to construction sites.
