Our charming Cycladic Villa is situated on the crown of the elevated and exclusive area of Agios Lazaros. Our name comes from the incredible 180 degree panorama which defines not just the place, but also the feeling our guests leave with, after experiencing the glorious views of the endless sunrises and sunsets. The House (total 150 sq.m) is set in a lush garden of 4.000sq.m, abundant with species of luscious flora such as oleander, althaea, baby sun rose, and giant cacti to name a few. A very old water well adds a drop of quaintness to the garden as it sits a-top the vast horizon of the sea. You will find seating areas for intimacy and privacy in our spectacular exterior area, where most guests spend the days swimming, chilling, and indulging in the ultra good vibrations and tranquility. The house can accommodate four guests and features a living-room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry room and a WC On the top floor of the Main House, with incredible views from its two verandas, is the spacious Master Suite. Within, there is a a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second Master Suite of the Main House is located on the ground floor. It also has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a veranda leading to the pool area. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C, hairdryer, bath robes as well as quality amenities such as soaps, body and hair shampoo, and hair conditioner. Mattresses are by SEALY® model Florida The rate is for up to 4 persons Outside the kitchen there is the pergola-covered dining area with a magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Naxos, Paros and of course the sacred island of Delos. The spacious Cabana by the pool - with its unmatched view - integrates a large dinning area, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, gas plates, electric oven, large fridge and a deep freezer. The Cabana and pool area will become your favourite spot to gather. The piece de resistance of The Cabana is its sound system and open space for dancing under the Mykonian night sky, with the twinkling lights of the surrounding islands. Bellow the pool area is our shaded Gym where you can keep up your fitness, using our boxing equipment, set of weights, exercise bike, treadmill, elliptical and the multi exercise station will be the perfect antidote to the wonderful and indulgent food prepared for you by our private chefs. Other things to note Reliable STARLINK Internet access with 10 access points, all connected with wires, that provide for a steady and strong signal everywhere inside and all around the Villa. A powerful generator that automatically starts in case of power failure (unfortunately not unusual to happen on the Island) that can fully sustain all the needs of energy that the villa might require. This is mostly important for venues. Extra privacy and security is provided by our remote controlled entrance gate that leads to the shaded parking for 3 cars and many more under the sky. There is also a surveillance system of cameras (not in guest areas) and a night security patrol person from 11:00pm to 07:00am (not around guest area) The villa is equipped with 2 sound systems, one Marshall® in the sitting room and one for the outdoor needs by the pool and the BBQ/Lounge Cabana. This sound system can be wirelessly accessed and handled via WIFI by any smart phone, tablet or computer. There is also a 32 inch TV in the sitting room with Satellite Channels and AppleTV. For keeping your fitness during holiday, our open-air Gym will provide adequate work-out possibilities with breathtaking view to the ocean.
