Jake's Cottage is part of West Fenne Cottages, a gorgeous barn conversion & rests within the grounds of Ashtree Farm. It has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests. The grounds are secure with a gated drive (secure keypad entry) The cottage is 2 miles north of the countryside village of Langrick, 5 miles south of Coningsby, and 6 miles NW of Boston, Lincolnshire. The space As you walk through the door, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan layout. Located on the ground floor is a dining area with seating for 6 people, open kitchen and cosy lounge area where you can relax in front of a wood burning stove, with a film on the Smart TV after a day out. A separate utility room and cloakroom, with toilet and sink, are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 well presented bedrooms; the first bedroom has a king-size bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom containing a basin, toilet, and shower. A shaver point is also available. The second bedroom has zip/linked twin beds which can be converted to a Super King bed (upon request), and smart TV. Bedroom 3 includes wooden 3ft size bunk beds. Completing the property is a good sized family bathroom. The corner bath lies beneath a Velux window, where you can gaze at the stars or watch the clouds go by, whilst having a soak. The bathroom also boasts a separate walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, sink and shaver point. The property is more suitable for children over 4 years old due to the woodburning stove and stairs in the property (stair gate is not available). Guest access The property includes access to the grassy areas to the front and up to the fence line, where you can view wildlife in the open farmland and beyond. Other things to note The property is non-smoking/non-vaping. EV Charging is prohibited.
