Charming and Spacious 3 bedroom Barn among Oaks.

More than a barn - Beautiful large barn peacefully located on a gated property among the Oaks out in the country away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet minutes away from Historic Downtown Laurel where the hit series, Hometown, takes place. Relax and unwind in our beautifully furnished barn while making memories of a lifetime. *Please note that no one under the age of 13 is allowed to stay at the barn. Please see house rules for further details. The space You will have full access of the barn, however, please only use the number of beds needed for your stay. Most of the time we only have one person that cleans, sometimes two (depending on schedules), so this helps some with cleaning by not creating double the work on washing/drying sheets. Guest access When you get to the barn and have decided which bed you are going to sleep in, please continue to use only that bed unless, of course, you switch beds with another one of your guests with you. Please do not use any more beds than you need. Also, please do not go into the pastures without asking. If you are given permission to go in the pastures, then please close and lock all gates back when entering and exiting. We'd hate for the cows to get out! Other things to note Please note if you are booking for more than 4 guests, then there is an additional fee of $50/person/night. Also, if more beds are used than number of guests booked, then you will be charged a fee of $50/bed/day of your booking.*** For example, if you book 4 guests, or less, and all beds are slept in, then you will be charged for each extra bed(s) used per night. You will NOT be charged this fee for the beds if you correctly enter the amount of guests that will be with you during your stay.
