Fully equipped apartment, ideal for enjoying a pleasant and relaxing stay in the heart of Florence. The space Apartment located in the historic center of Florence. There are clubs near the apartment, so there may be noise. The heating is via a heat pump and the electricity is interrupted when you leave the apartment to avoid unnecessary waste and help the climate. Hot water is supplied by a boiler, so if you overuse hot water, it may take a few minutes to get the water hot again. We have all these precautions to help the planet and not pollute. Be responsible :) Other things to note CHECK-IN/OUT: CHECK-IN: our office (open daily from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) is located at Via Ghibellina 102 nero, ground floor, in the large wooden doorway in front of the Teatro Verdi, Florence. We kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your arrival time so that the staff can better organize themselves to welcome you. Apartment keys and important information will be provided during check-in. LATE CHECK-IN: Arrivals from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. have an additional fee of 30 EUR. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation by the staff. You will not be able to check in after 11:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 a.m. Guests must abide by the normal rules of a condominium and therefore keep it clean and not disturb the peace from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed.
