All basic cleaning supplies, single wrapped hand/body soaps, and some beach supplies provided. Santa Cruz County does not permit single use plastic toiletries in hotels or vacation rentals, please check prior if you have any questions. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
