The studio can sleep 4 adults. It has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattresses. We also have a pack & play, booster chair, baby bathtub to use in shower, and dishes for children if you are traveling with little ones. The apartment is well-stocked with all the necessities, from kitchenware and dishes to premium towels, linens, and toiletries (soap, body wash, shampoo-conditioner, and lotion). The living area includes a sofa, 2-chairs and a 65-inch Smart TV. Washer and dryer are located inside the apartment and are free to use. Only a few steps away from the apartment door, you'll find a picturesque pergola with comfortable shaded seating and mesmerizing red rock views. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature, away from the hustle and bustle, while relishing the cozy warmth of the gas fire pit. It's the perfect setting to unwind and reconnect with the beauty of the surroundings. Next to the pergola, a delightful shaded play area awaits under a majestic tree. Guest access Guests staying at the Studio have private access to the apartment (Unit-B), driveway under the carport, and pergola. Access to play area for little kids including the climbing wall, safari jeep slide, and chest of toys is shared with other guests. Other things to note This studio apartment (Unit B) is attached to the main house (Unit A). It has a separate entrance, driveway, and outdoor sitting area to protect privacy of guests staying in both units.
