This 1 acre wooded lot includes an outdoor patio/kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. Enjoy access to all Huletts Landing has to offer; par 3 golf course, ice cream shop and a bar (July/August). 5 minute drive to Black Mountain trail head. Off House, environmental friendly porta loo. The space This custom, owner built tiny home, includes a full kitchen with an oven, 2 induction cooktops, a full size refrigerator and a Kraus sink with built in drain board. The kitchen includes all of the utensils, cooking and baking ware needed for everyday food preparation. There is an epic water filter dispenser in the fridge. The outdoor kitchen/ covered deck includes a sink with hot and cold water and a Blackstone griddle. There is also an outdoor shower attached to the deck with hot and cold water. Next to the deck is a natural fire pit surrounded by boulders for sitting. You will need to bring your own firewood. Firewood can be supplied for an extra charge. Message me for more details. The off house porta loo is serviced regularly and is being used to protect the property and lake from contamination. It will be clean and stocked with essentials to make it a comfortable experience. If you are interested, we can arrange for a private chef to cook dinner one night of your stay! We can also arrange a private boat tour of the lake if I’m available. The par 3 golf course with lake views is open May through October and the local ice cream shop and bar is open in July and August. If booking between 10/30 and 5/1 please note that the outdoor deck will not have running water and the outdoor shower will not be working. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1 acre wooded lot which includes the tiny home, covered kitchen/patio and fire pit. Other things to note Please note that this tiny home does not have a toilet. Instead there is a porta potty on site that is serviced and cleaned.
