Sjøgata Riverside Rental and Salmon Fishing

A cottage built in 1800s by fishermen. Located in the center of Mosjøen 1 minute walk from pubs and restaurants. The area is a historic monument. The house has private beach, a boathouse and a stone bridge protruding 8 meters into the river. The river itself opens for Salmon and Sea trout fishing between jun - aug. A boat can take you to the local fjord to fulfill your fishing desires. 2 double beds and 1 single couch. 2 WC, 1 shower. All amenities: Internet, TV, Coffee, Washing Machine etc. The space There are 2 parking spaces on the property - 1 next to the boat house, another next to the house itself. First floor houses a bedroom with a double sofa-bed. An office with table and library. WC, Kitchen and dining area. Back door from the dining area leads to the yard and the river. On the second floor you will find a living area with Piano, Acoustic guitar, TV. Second bedroom with double king bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. The yard has its own space to park and attach a boat. There is a wooden patio all around the back and one side of the house. Next to it is a mini garden where you will find a grill. The stone bridge can be used for fishing or grilling. Boat house can be used to store a boat if you come with one or be used as a garage. Guest access Guests can access all of the property without limitations. If needed we can assist you with some equipment for hiking e.g. gas stoves, plastic cups, carry bags etc.. Other things to note The property does not own a boat yet. But its easy and cheap to rent a boat for around 300-500 NOK/d from third parties.
