Lower level grill is shared. Other things to note At the end of July when the water get warmer the lake “blooms” with algae. Our less than five star reviews have been because of this and not having a resort quality beach . Please judge our place on the accommodations, we cannot control the water quality and the HOA prioritizes a natural shoreline. Our kids swim off the dock and have fun in the water, but if your kids are used to swimming pools they may not like to swim here. Always wear water shoes. Pet Policy: A one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required for guests bringing a dog. Only one dog is allowed per stay, with a maximum weight of 30 pounds.
