Located on legal side by side roads, that connects to snow shoe rails to trails. 9 miles to black moshannon state park. 1 mile off 322 & only 25 miles to state college (PSU). Tv has cable, Netflix, Hulu, & Disney+ for you to enjoy Extra blankets located on shelves in living room Spacious pantry- pots and pans are located in the one cupboard The other cupboard has a griddle plus storage for food Kitchen: pub table, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker (complimentary coffee & hot chocolate), toaster oven, dishwasher, dining ware,silverware, cooking utensils, & dish towels are available for use. Complimentary bottles of water & snacks. Pump soaps, paper products, dish detergent, cleaning supplies are available for use. Game cupboard is located in the kitchen- fun for all ages Washer & dryer is available for use Bathroom- towels, hand towels, & washcloths available & extra is in the laundry room cupboard Grill is located on the front deck where you enter the air bnb Spare room- just a nice room with four giant windows, but cellular shades to block out the sun if needed. Nice quiet area Owners are nearby so if you need any help or have questions at all, just give them a call or text. Very responsive. There is an Air bnb guest information and rule book in the kitchen!
