2 main floor bedrooms in our home with private bathroom. Located in the Culver City area - centrally located for easy access to/from LAX airport, the beaches, Marina del Rey, Beverly Hills, Hollywood & SoFi Stadium. Limited to up to 4 people only. Sorry, no pets allowed, no extra guests and strictly no parties. This is a No Smoking facility. No smoking of ANY KIND allowed inside the house. Note: If you are booking this for someone other than yourself you must notify us ahead of time. The space You will find a nice living room, great for hanging out, reading or conversation. 2 bedrooms with smart TV's and one bathroom. No sleeping on the couch in the living room allowed, it's a common space. A generous dining room with guest fridge. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, Microwave and toaster oven are also available for you to use in the dinning room. Use of the stove/oven, pots and pans are not amenities available to you but feel free to use the BBQ. Then there is our cozy, very private back yard with patio table & chairs (great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine), BBQ and hot tub. Special Note: If you are booking this for someone other than yourself you must notify us of this ahead of time and give us info on the relationship to you, names and phone numbers of those staying here. Sorry we have to stress this but we've had a couple of bad experiences Guest access You will have access to your rooms & bathroom, living room, dining room and backyard. Again, no sleeping on the couch in the living room, it is a common area. Sleep in bedrooms only. Upstairs is our private space and any locked room or area means it is not included in the description and is off limits. During your stay Should the need arise, you may contact us via the AirBnB app, cell phone or e-mail. Cell numbers and e-mail are provided in the house manual.
