Palm Hideaway on the Cotee River

Relax on the river at Palm Hideaway-a luxury escape to the Gateway of Tropical Florida. Our cozy guest cottage is nestled amid lush greenery on the Pithlachascotee "Cotee" River in New Port Richey. Sleep in the king size bed & have coffee or tea on your Tiki patio rain or shine. Guests have shared access to the river from the park-like backyard & can enjoy the fire pit or paddle the kayaks. The space -King size bed with premium mattress, white linens & freshly laundered quilt/shams -Bedside charging stations with cords -Dual head shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash/bar soap, fresh and fluffy white towels, dedicated make-up towel, hair dryer -Kitchenette has Keurig coffee maker with pods, microwave, induction cook top with pans, mini-fridge/freezer, dishes, wine glasses, etc -43" smart TV with private WiFi network & access to Netflix, Max (HBO), Amazon Prime, Hulu & Tubi -Luggage racks, iron and board, plenty of closet space for hanging or folded clothes -Guest Binder with lots of things "To Do" in area, including restaurants; board games, books, cards -EV Charging Stations 5 minute walk Guest access Guests are encouraged to enjoy the beautiful river view from the backyard and can fish from the sea wall or dock (though our small boat may be moored there). Fishing gear and license is on your own. Swimming from the dock is at your own risk. Kayaks are available for guest use (paddles and PFD's upon request). The "Tiki Patio" is available 24/7 to guests as is the BBQ grill. Wander about to find the private spots for relaxation or conversation and be sure to say hi to the goldfish in the pond! Your parking spot is in front of the garage, clearing the carport. The entrance is the first green door on your right through the covered walkway. Please note that Palm Hideaway is an extension of our home, so please treat it with respect and always let us know if anything needs fixing, replacing or improving.
