Cozy basement apartment in terraced house

During the day in the Berlin hustle and bustle and evening in the countryside. Nice basement apartment to feel good with your own entrance, parking and sole use of the garden. The space The approx. 45 sqm apartment is pleasantly cool in summer and cuddly warm in winter. Kitchen and bathroom each have a small window facing the street. The bedroom/living room is equipped with 2 larger windows to the rear of the garden side and sufficiently bright. The terrace above brakes it a little on a daily basis. The kitchen is well equipped and invites you to cook, only an oven must be waived. In the bathroom, in addition to the towels, there are also cleaning products, washing powder and shower foam, shampoo, etc. In the bedroom/living room there is a small sitting area and a fold-out desk as well as a dresser next to the 1.60 m wide bed. In case of emergency, you will find sewing kit, writing utensils and a first aid kit. If a travel cot or cot is needed, we are happy to provide it for 5€ per day. However, we ask that you note that there are no special child safety devices. The ceiling height varies between 1.96 m and 2.05 m depending on the vault. There are several seating options available in the garden and a large parasol protects against too much sun. We are happy to provide the barbecue as well as a Dutch oven, but we also expect that the rust and the pot will be cleaned afterwards. Guest access The apartment is located in the basement of a terraced house and has a separate entrance to the garden, from where you can leave the property via the parking lot. It is connected by stairs to the upper part of the house, separated by a door. This can be locked from both sides, so that a passage is not possible. Other things to note If you have any questions, we are available at any time and are also personally approachable, as we live in the house. For families with small children, the apartment is quite suitable and offers a nice balance to the hustle and bustle of the city and some relaxation before and after the excursions through the garden.
