The Newburgh Yellow Comfy Cottage is a quiet retreat located near the Newburgh Rivertown Trail and Ohio River just minutes away from quaint shops, restaurants and scenic views. Health enthusiasts will enjoy walking, running and/or riding bicycles on the trail. Great for business travelers, vacationers, or out-of-town visitors. There are two bedrooms with one equipped as an office space. The space The Newburgh Yellow Comfy Cottage is right near the scenic Newburgh Rivertown Trail. Relax comfortably whether you are visiting the area for fun or on business. This home will make your stay enjoyable and/or productive! There are two bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed and dressing/make-up desk and the other is set up as an office space complete with desk/chair combination and a full-sized leather sleeper sofa. Don’t fear the sleeper sofa! It has a 5-inch memory foam mattress that is very comfortable. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels and basic toiletries for your convenience. The living room has an oversized L-shaped sofa with three reclining sections, 300mpbs wireless internet, and Roku equipped 46” flat screen television. For your convenience, there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer (both new January 2025). The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, full size refrigerator, full size microwave, toaster, traditional coffee maker and granite counter tops. These will serve you well for longer stays and gourmet cooking. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and baking items…just like home away from home! The Newburgh Yellow Comfy Cottage is just a few minutes’ walk to the Newburgh Rivertown Trail where you can enjoy the Ohio River riverfront, quaint shops, multiple restaurants and sight-seeing. The trail goes all the way to the Newburgh Overlook/Locks and Dam. There is so much to see on this busy riverfront including daily barge traffic and many health enthusiasts of all ages walking, running and riding bicycles. The Newburgh Yellow Comfy Cottage is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street yet it is easy to get to. It’s only a few minutes from Interstate I-69 and only a short distance to Evansville, Indiana. Sorry, no smoking or pets are allowed and out of respect to the neighbors, no parties are permitted.
